Realtor Melinda Ball Earns Luxury Home Marketing Designations

Melinda Ball, a seasoned realtor with Coldwell Banker Premier in Winchester, has recently achieved two prestigious designations in the luxury real estate market. The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’s Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation and the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Property Specialist designation are both now proudly held by Ball.

These accolades serve as a testament to Ball’s extensive experience, knowledge, and expertise in marketing high-end residential properties. With these specialized certifications, Ball is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to better serve her clients in the luxury market. In other news, Jon Henry General Store in New Market has been selected as one of 30 recipients of a $1,000 Recycling Green Grant from Keep Virginia Beautiful. The grant funds will be used to enhance the store’s sustainability efforts by purchasing new public trash cans, recycling receptacles, compost containers, and cigarette disposal units for their parking lot and public sidewalks. Additionally, they plan to install a recycling bin next to their bus stop bench.
