Biden Administration’s Small Business Chief Supports Diversity Programs at Essence Festival

The Biden administration’s small business chief, Isabel Casillas Guzman, made a powerful statement in New Orleans at the Essence Festival of Culture, advocating for diversity programs that have been facing challenges in the federal courts.
